In article number 1701039 , Carlos A. Dorao and co‐workers identified the wetting state transition over conical microstructures. Patterned truncated cones and hierarchical conical structures are fabricated by dry‐etching and lithography. The roughness of the surface is well‐controlled by controlling the microstructure morphology. The wetting properties of the fabricated surfaces are showing the importance of the geometrical parameters of the microstructures on the wetting states from superhydrophobic to superhydrophilic.
