A chemical vapor deposition process resulting in self‐contacted as‐grown 2D materials‐based devices is described by Eric Stinaff and co‐workers. The center of the cover shows an as‐grown MoS 2 based photodiode device. Clockwise, the top four images show optical, second harmonic generation, Raman, and photoluminescense (PL) analysis of the monolayer MoS 2 forming the device. Clockwise, the bottom four images show PL intensity, PL peak position, and WS 2 and MoS 2 Raman intensity for heterostructured material grown using this process.
