Lin‐Bing Sun and co‐workers design and fabricate a new generation of adsorbents with smart molecular gates by grafting thermo‐responsive polymers onto the orifices of mesopores in article 1500829. These molecular gates are reversibly closed/opened according to the adsorption/desorption conditions. The adsorbents can thus realize both selective adsorption and efficient desorption, which is extremely desirable for adsorptive separation.
