Click reactions provide a great potential for the modification of surfaces with complex organic moieties and biological architectures as they are high‐yielding, fast, and occur under mild conditions without significant by‐products. The degree to which this has up to now actually been realized is reviewed in article 1500135 by H. Zuilhof and co‐workers, who also provide some guidelines for further developments in the field.
