Monodispersed Nb 2 O 5 microspheres , synthesized by a one‐step solvothermal method, rapidly self‐organize into large‐scale (cm 2 level) layer‐controlled homogenous films by a facile butanol‐assisted air/water interfacial self‐assembly approach. Further, a novel air/solution interfacial route is presented to obtain composite materials, and In 2 O 3 ‐Nb 2 O 5 hybrid films achieve promoted NO 2 sensing performances at low temperature (200 °C) with high sensitivity and good selectivity.
