Robustly blood‐inert and shape‐reproducible materials are prepared with a scalable electrospinning process using low‐surface‐energy polybenzoxazine as the raw material. The material surface is mechanically robust and stable under harsh environment, is fully resistant to blood cell attachment with contact of whole human blood, and exhibits the ability to act as a mechanical hand for water‐drop transfer.
