Amyloid‐like cysteine‐rich peptide fibers are investigated by AFM, SR‐CD, TEM, Cryo‐EM, SR‐XPS and through gold‐nanoparticle binding fibers. The positions of the Au nanoparticles along the fibers are possibly correlated to the position of the exposed cysteines on the fiber surface.
