A new photosensitive alkoxyamine is synthetized and introduced to induce living radical polymerization mediated by UV irradiation (nitroxide‐mediated photopolymerization). This system can be used to produce functional micro‐ and nanopatterns with complex structures by lithography, including laser direct writing. This is a unique feature in photo‐controlled micropatterning with versatile topography and chemistry.
