A full layer of zwitterionic carboxybetaine‐modified G5 PAMAM with extra targeting c(RGDyK) motifs shows excellent biocompatibility and about 100 times higher efficacy than free c(RGDyK) motifs while high selectivity of c(RGDyK) is preserved. This work provides a rational method to design protein‐like molecules to obtain therapeutic function.
