Layers depleted of Li‐ions in solid‐state electrolytes have a substantial impact on the performance of all‐solid‐state batteries. In article number 2100585, Aliaksandr S. Bandarenka and co‐workers develop a practical strategy to measure the thickness of such space charge layers and the corresponding concentration of Li‐ions by applying spectroscopic ellipsometry to emerging battery materials.
