Highly stretchable, conductive, washable, and solderable 3D helical fibers with superior mechanical and electrical properties for fabric‐based wearable systems are prepared by Yingzhu Wu, Hanqing Jiang, and co‐workers, as described in article number 1907495. The 3D helical shape of the fibers, which are based on a combination of elastic polyurethane (PU) and conductive Cu, results from the stress relaxation of the prestretched PU fiber and the plasticity of the Cu fiber, and provides a predictable way to manipulate the 3D fiber morphology.
