In article number 1900231 , Hao‐Wu Lin and co‐workers demonstrate microcavity‐integrated perovskite artificial human photoreceptors. The artificial rods and cones exhibit a true spectral response similarity to natural human photoreceptors, as well as high quantum efficiency, excellent detectivity, large linear dynamic range, short response time, and low noise current. These electronic device versions of the eye's photoreceptors could potentially be used in applications from robotic humanoid vision to artificial retina implantation.
