Semiconducting single‐walled carbon nanotubes (s‐SWCNTs) hold a promising future in the next generation of electronics. Solution‐based sorting methods show unique merits in scaled production, high purity, and film formation. The recent state‐of‐art progress in the solution processing of s‐SWCNTs and their application in nanoscale integrated circuits and large‐area thin‐film transistors arrays is systematically reviewed by Qingwen Li and co‐workers in article number 1800750 .
