In article number 1804020 , Jun Wang, Xinran Wang, and co‐workers incorporate an organic heterojunction (C 60 /pentacene) on graphene to realize a broadband (405–1550 nm) phototransistor with high gain and fast response speed. A bidirectional photoresponse (positive and negative photocurrent) is demonstrated at different wavelengths, due to the opposite charge‐transfer direction of the photoexcited carriers, which provides an efficient way to enhance the spectral responsivity and range for graphene detectors.
