Typically, parenteral vaccinations hardly induce mucosal immune responses. To address this, in article number 1801067 , Zhiguo Su, Guanghui Ma, and co‐workers develop oil‐in‐polymer capsules to co‐deliver antigens and retinoic acid, which function as an “immunoticket” to cultivate peripheral lymphocytes with gut‐homing receptors and hitchhike on the “express train” of the CCL25 concentration gradient to the mucosa. Accordingly, gastrointestinal and systemic immune activations are induced via intramuscular administration.
