Virion‐like membrane‐breaking nanoparticles are developed by a bioinspired molecular and supramolecular design for tumor‐activated cell‐and‐tissue dual‐penetration by Xianghui Xu, Zhongwei Gu, and co‐workers in article number 1707240 . The virion‐like nanoparticles can not only directly invade tumor cells, but also penetrate from endothelial/tumor cells into other tumor cells, allowing highly efficient treatment of impermeable and chemotherapy‐resistant cancer. The image was designed by Yachao Li.
