In article number 1702859 , Won Jong Kim and co‐workers introduce a novel nitric oxide (NO)‐responsive hydrogel by incorporating a NO‐cleavable crosslinker between the polymer main chains, showing high sensitivity and selectivity to NO. The NO‐responsive hydrogel may prove useful in therapeutic treatment of inflammation‐related diseases by being used as a drug‐delivery vehicle, inflammation modulator, and tissue scaffold.
