The extensive convergence of nanotechnology and biomedical engineering has enabled a boom of programmable nano–bio interfaces. In article number 1605529 , Yun‐Long Wu, Xiaodong Chen, and co‐workers therefore illustrate the rational recruitment of nanomaterials on multiple dimension scales for constructing functional biointegrated devices, including smart theranostic nanosystems for novel therapies, flexible nanoelectronic sensors for healthcare monitoring, and bionic tissues for regenerative medicine.
