Metasurface pixels comprised of plasmonic film‐coupled silver nanocubes are fabricated using a fusion of bottom‐up assembly and top‐down lithography by M. H. Mikkelsen and co‐workers, as described in article 1602971. Each pixel contains nanocubes with three different sizes corresponding to red, green and blue. By varying the fill‐fraction of nanocubes, an image reconstruction with ≈10,000 color combinations is demonstrated.
