A bimetallic‐structured ternary phosphide (NiCo 2 P x ) as a novel pH‐universal electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction is presented. It exhibits both high activity and long‐term stability in all the tested alkaline, neutral, and acidic media. The excellent catalytic performance endows it with a bright future in the large‐scale electrochemical water splitting industry.
