A unique type of pH/H 2 O 2 dual‐responsive intelligent nanoscale delivery system based on albumin‐coated MnO 2 is presented, which is capable of modulating the tumor microenvironment (TME) by relieving hypoxia. Additionally, TME‐responsive size changes enable effective intratumor diffusion. A highly effective combined photodynamic and chemotherapy is realized with these nanoparticles in a mouse tumor model.
