A supramolecularly self‐assembled biointerface with triple functional layers is fabricated by H. Wang and co‐workers, as described on page 3181. The coated materials can significantly improve the tissue self‐healing process and prevent biofilm‐mediated chronic inflammation. This innovative approach with a modularly molecular self‐assembly strategy may open the possibility for designing multifunctional biointerfaces in tissue engineering.
