Direct synthesis and in situ integration of 1D nanomaterials in a low‐temperature liquid environment are realized by I. Park, D. Yang and co‐workers on page 1207 via focused thermal energy and mass‐transfer field generation. This method enables facile fabrication of highly functional and robust nanoelectronic devices on flexible substrates, as well as multiplexed arrays of heterogeneous nanomaterials in a highly integrated configuration.
