On page 6238, L. X. Song, A. Ponchel, and co‐workers demonstrate that flower‐structured γ‐phase gallium oxide assembled by hexagonal single‐crystalline nanopetals exhibits excellent solar‐blind detection performance, e.g., short response time and large light‐current–dark‐current ratios, suggesting that this material is a promising candidate for solar‐blind photodetectors.
