Z. Z. Yang, J. Zhu, F. X. Liang, and co‐workers develop on page 4469 a facile approach to synthesize regular and uniform polymeric Janus nanodiscs with alternative layers of block copolymers by partial disintegration of ellipsoidal nano particles. Further selective growth of materials onto the desired sides of the discs extends the composition and tunes the microstructure for achieving functional nanodiscs. Many other Janus nanomaterials with tunable shapes are expected using similar methods.
