Stretchable nanowire photodetectors are described by Pooi See Lee and co‐workers on page 943. An intrinsically stretchable nanowire photodetector with a fully embedded structure is demonstrated. The devices can be stretched up to 100% while maintaining proper functionalities. They also display excellent cycling and mechanical stabilities, with no obvious degradation in performance over 50 stretching cycles. This work may find application in the field of wearable and implantable electronics.
