The evaporation‐induced self‐alignment of semiconductor nanowires is achieved using wrinkled elastomeric templates. The confined geometry of the wrinkled templates provides a unique environment for controlling a flow within the evaporating droplet, which, in turn, regulates the ordered and aligned deposition of nanowires, as reported by Kilwon Cho and co‐workers on page 2162 . The nanowire‐deposited templates are transferred to target substrates by exploiting the reversible character of the wrinkled template.
