Three‐dimensional nanostructures exhibit superior performance for energy‐storage devices. Guozhen Shen and co‐workers demonstrate on p. 1479 the fabrication of 3D hierarchical GeSe 2 nanostructures by using the CVD method Rinplane all‐solid‐state supercapacitors, which can be used to power CdSe nanowire photodetectors, by configuring them as a self‐powered photodetector nanosystem.
