Surfactant‐free nanoflakes of n‐type Bi 2 Te 3 and Bi 2 Se 3 are synthesized in high yields. Their suspensions are mixed to create nanocomposites with heterostructured nanograins. A maximum ZT (0.7 at 400 K) is achieved with a broad content of 10–15% Bi 2 Se 3 in the nanocomposites.
