A new and general approach is developed to prepare aligned carbon nanotube (CNT)/polymer composite films with high efficiency and low cost. The resulting films are transparent, flexible, and highly conductive and show promising applications as a new family of electrodes in organic solar cells. The aligned CNT/polymer film is used as a counter electrode to fabricate novel dye‐sensitized solar cells with high performance.
