A 3D DNA nanostructure‐based sensor platform for DNA detection has been developed. This strategy provides significantly enhanced spatial positioning range and accessibility of the probes on a surface over previously reported DNA sensing architectures. The use of this versatile DNA nanostructure‐based detection platform leads to highly sensitive and selective DNA detection in biological fluids and greatly enhanced sequence specificity for SNP typing.
