Organic solution‐processable graphene sheets were prepared using a large‐scale novel approach based on a transfer process assisted by ionic interactions. Smooth monolayer graphene sheets were easily fabricated on a substrate from organic solution. Such a noncovalent functionalization preserves the extended aromatic conjugation of reduced graphene sheets, giving rise to high‐conductivity cast films.
