Room‐temperature ferromagnetism is observed for arrays of germanium quantum dots prepared by the thermal evaporation of germanium onto monolayers of polystyrene nanospheres, as schematically illustrated in the figure. The magnetic properties arise from the unpaired spins within the quantum dots, which are further coupled through junctions between the quantum dots and additional capping layers deposited onto the quantum dots.
