Robust room‐temperature ferromagnetism is shown in Zn 0.85 Co 0.05 Li 0.10 O nanocrystals. The studies show that the RT ferromagnetism observed in the Zn 0.85 Co 0.05 Li 0.10 O samples is intrinsic in nature. The figure illustrates (schematically) the effect of surfactant treatment in activating the ferromagnetism.
