Intracellular uptake and degradation of polyelectrolyte capsules is reported in this work. Two types of intracellular degradable capsules are described: enzyme‐sensitive and hydrolysis‐ sensitive capsules (see figure). The results may be a significant step towards the biomedical application of polyelectrolyte capsules.
