Communication: The low dimentionality of the charge‐carrier transport in conducting BEDT‐TTF radical cation salts usually results in a metal‐insulator transition. The extended BEDT‐TTF derivative presented here contains two TTF moieties in full π conjugation and is the result of research aimed at increasing the dimentionaly of the system. The synthesis and electrochemical properties of the new doner are reported.
