The structure and properties of polyaniline are investigated using 15N cross polarization magic angle spinning (CPMAS) solid state NMR spectroscopy. The high resolution spectra obtained demonstrate the potential of the method for studying the structures of other nitrogen containing heterocyclic polymers.
