Antibiotic Crosslinkers In article number 2200902 by Yi Yan Yang, Peiyan Yuan, Xin Ding, and co‐workers, an interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel with double crosslinking is prepared by using the antibiotic gentamicin as dynamic physical crosslinkers. The hydrogel exhibits enhanced mechanical properties, on‐demand sustained drug release, and in vivo therapeutic effects when treating S. aureus‐infected full‐thickness mice. This antibiotic‐loaded interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel is potentially a promising wound dressing material for the treatment of bacteria‐infected wound.
