Cancer Stem Cells In article number 2100985 by Jia Sun, Xin Han, and co‐workers, a microfluidic tandem mechanical sorting strategy is reported to enrich cancer stem cells (CSCs) with high flexibility and low adhesive capacity. The method achieves robust isolation of CSCs in a high‐throughput, label‐free manner, which has promising potential for facilitating drug screening targeting CSCs and developing novel therapeutic strategies overcoming drug resistance.
