In article number 2001489 by Xiaohe Tian, Dandan Li, and co‐workers, a novel rigid planar organic photosensitizer is designed and used for three‐photon photodynamic therapy. The concentration of lower dark toxicity can burst superior phototoxicity. After co‐incubation with cells, it targets mitochondria and lipid droplets, and generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) under 940nm three‐photon laser irradiation to induce cell death and achieve excellent photodynamic therapy effects.
