In article number 2002080, Xiaogang Liu, Changyang Gong, and co‐workers, design functional bio‐nanoprobes with STING‐activating and neoantigen‐capturing abilities for personalized tumor immunotherapy. After photodynamic therapy, the bio‐nanoprobes can harvest neoantigens to form SeaMac nanovaccines. The nanovaccines subsequently promote abscopal effects without immune checkpoint inhibitors.
