In article number 2001153 by Yong Zhang and co‐workers, aptamer‐siRNA Chimera/PEI/5‐FU/carbon nanotube (CNT)/collagen membranes are constructed to treat peritoneal dissemination of drug‐resistant gastric cancer. Chimeras can specifically bind to gastric cancer cells, then 5‐FU and chimeras are released. Chimeras are cut into siRNA by Dicer, which mediates targeted mRNA degradation.
