In article number 1901304, Dong‐An Wang and co‐workers show how full‐scale osteochondral defects, which penetrate articular cartilage and invade into subchondral bones, can be fixed by sole grafting of tissue‐engineered hyaline cartilage without co‐engraftment of a subchondral bone substitute. The images are respectively MRI and polarized light microscopy of ultra‐structural histology by picrosirius stain.
