In article number 1901015 by Zuyong Wang, Xuefeng Hu, Feng Wen, and co‐workers, an innovative scaffold micro/macro‐architecture that shows three‐dimensional tailored geometry is designed to mimic cardiac tissue anisotropy, and in turn achieve complex reconstruction of myocardial alignment with different patterns. This work validates the possibility of physical cues for spatial cell guidance.
