In article number 1800934 , Yong Gan and co‐workers synthesize a cholesterol‐grafted poly ( β ‐amino ester) (CH‐PHP), which can electrostatically interact with plasmid DNA to form a CH‐PHP/DNA complex (CPNC) with mitigated cytotoxicity, enhanced enzyme resistance, and improved gene condensing ability. This complex can target the Niemann‐Pick C1‐like (NPC1L1) receptor, localized on the apical membrane of intestinal epithelia cells, to improve oral gene delivery efficacy.
