Sherif El‐Safty and co‐workers report a biosensor design based on 3D‐ridge N‐doped mesoporous carbon nanosheets for selective sensing, and monitoring of monoamine neurotransmitters in a live neuron cell line. This protocol offers real, electro‐signal tracking, sensitive quantification, selective discrimination, and fast‐response signaling of dopamine for the diagnoses of schizophrenia, and Huntington's diseases.
