Heungsoo Shin and co‐workers report a facile cell sheet harvesting platform based on thermally expandable hydrogels with modular cell adhesion property on page 2320. Delicate control of mussel‐inspired adhesive coating polydopamine on the hydrogel enables stable cell sheet formation, and its detachment mediated by thermal expansion of the hydrogel, which holds numerous applications in regenerative medicine.
