Sorafenib‐loaded magnetic solid lipid nanoparticles are highly internalized by HepG2 human hepatocarcinoma cells. As described by A. Grillone, G. Ciofani, and co‐workers on page 1681, the uptake of the nanoparticles can be directed by modulating their accumulation through an external magnetic field, thus focusing the drug effects at a desired site.
