Tetrahedral Framework DNA In article number 2101435, Chao You, Yunfeng Lin, and co‐workers design a nanomaterial (tetrahedron framework nucleic acid, tFNA) to carry siCCR2 that could promote hematoma absorption by regulating microglia polarization from the M1 toward M2 subtype during the acute phase of intracranial hemorrhage. The tFNA‐siCCR2 provide a novel therapeutic strategy for protecting neurological function in intracranial hemorrhage.
