In article number 2008318, Fei Xiao, Jong Wook Bae, Shuai Wang, and co‐workers discuss the synthesis strategies, catalytic applications, and performance regulation of single‐atom catalysts (SACs). The catalytic mechanisms and the structure–property relationships of SACs in typical single‐atom catalysis processes such as electrochemistry, photochemistry, organic synthesis, and biomedicine are also summarized. The challenges and prospects for the development of SACs and single‐atom catalysis are proposed as well.
